Pleasant and stress free!

Cannot thank Carl enough. Previously had bad experiences with car dealerships, due to being pushy and not transparent. But the whole process was seamless and nothing of the sort I had previously experienced. He explained everything to me, was professional and polite. And was so helpful. Communication was spot on, and answered any question I had. I work shifts, so for me normal opening hours are always difficult. Carl worked around me to make sure I could view the car, and collect when it suits me - which made the whole experience so much more pleasant and stress free!

The car is perfect, clean, well looked after and he even chucked in a few additional extras for my own peace of mind.

Would definitely buy from him again in the future, I walked away a very happy woman, with a brilliant car! Thankyou so much.

Accommodating and knowledgeable

I was happy with the service at CJB Motors Ltd because Carl was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He took the time with us (way past his working hours!) to make sure we were happy with everything and also built great rapport with us. It was the most comfortable and pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car and I would be happy to go back there again! Patient, polite, courteous

I recently found myself in the position of needing a replacement car in a very short period of time.

I happened upon CJB Motors by chance, and in hindsight, this was a very fortuitous find.

Carl could not have been more helpful, from the initial contact (even offering to open his showroom up at short notice) all the way through to the final deal.

When we went to view the car, Carl allowed us time on our own to look around it but was ready to help if we had any questions.

Carl is by no means your regular used car salesman - he is patient, polite, courteous and not at all pushy with continuously wanting to chase the sale. He answered all of our questions without the usual salesman patter and was an all round pleasure to deal with.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

5 stars really isn’t enough to demonstrate the service I have received today. Carl provided me with the best buying experience I have ever had- from the initial communications of booking a viewing right up until driving off with the car tonight, all of it was excellent! Carl was so accommodating and made us feel incredibly comfortable, there was never a second where I didn’t feel like I was in good hands. It was really great to have someone who had so much knowledge about cars but also made the effort to build a rapport with the customer, which made the whole buying experience a lot easier. I would never hesitate buying with Carl and CJB Motors again and would love to recommend him to everyone I know!

Really good service received from the owner. The car I was looking for was all clean with full service history meaning they value what they're selling. Owner was very friendly, very open for any discussion and any questions and overall a very good experience. He did open the garage on his off day for me to collect the car which I really apprechiate. Very pleased.

I've just recently bought a car -Mercedes A250 - from CJB Motors. I would highly recommend them! Carl was so helpful and friendly. He wasn’t pushy and left us to view the car in our own time! One of the light fittings was missing in the car and he straight away said he will pay for a new one and get it sent to me, you wouldn’t get that anywhere else with what I’ve witnessed with others, it was highly appreciated! Has great offers on the RAC warranty included in the price also if you want to extend it was discounted pricing if needed. My husband and I bought a car last week from Carl at CJB Motors.
It was a pleasure doing business with Carl. His showroom was lovely and clean. We were offered drinks. We wanted AA to check the car over before we bought it which meant a delay of nearly a week. He was fine with this. He fixed the minor scratches that AA pointed out. He put enough fuel in the car to get us home.

Carl was professional and incredibly helpful to sort me out a vehicle so I could work within the NHS in the community after a problem with my existing car brought elsewhere. Saved the day!

Myself and my mum went to CJB motors in a crisis. My mum who is a nurse requires her car to work. Her main car unexpectedly needed urgent repairs that couldn't be done until at least four weeks time as you can imagine she was very stressed about this. So in the matter of crisis we took a visit to CJB motors. We explained that ideally my mum needed a car as a matter of urgency and Carl couldn't have been more helpful with assisting us with finding something that was reliable and could be driven away the same day due to the urgency of the situation. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman! thank you Carl for saving the day.

No hard sell from this lovely fella, he doesn’t need to , the quality of his cars are immaculate . Upfront and honest

I am so happy with the car its just as Carl said it was and he was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything went as it should, I wish there where more people like Carl about as I had been to view a few orther and they were not nice and they lied about the condition of the cars but Carl was totally upfront and honest , would 100% definitely recommend this company 😀🙂 .
